Tuesday, September 29th

3:00pm - 4:00pm: Awards Reception, Club 19, St. Regis Golf Course

3:00pm - 8:00 pm: Attendee Registration & Exhibitor Set Up/Registration (Aegean Ballroom/Pacific Ballroom, 3rd floor)

1:00pm – 5:00pm: Women’s Executive Forum (Pre-Conference Session)             

 

Wednesday, September 30th

9/29/15: Charity Golf Tournament 9:00 AM shotgun: Supporting Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) at Monarch Beach Golf Course (St. Regis). Contact kristihanson@cwcriskconference.org to register for a foursome or sponsorship opportunities.

Conference Rate: $179.00 per night w/ waived internet fee

Conference Attire: Business attire during the conference EXCEPT on 10/1/15 at “Casino Night/Roaring 20’s Party” &   the Dance, the attire is your favorite Roaring 20’s theme apparel! And we will be giving away the CWCRC “Best Dressed” Award based off your Roaring 20’s attire!

 

Best Booth Award/Rules: Please be creative with your booth! Judging is based on but not limited to the presentation of product, unique traffic builder & creativity in design and layout. Best Booth Award will be presented on 10/1 at 8:00 PM during ‘Casino Night’. Must be present to win. Prize: Value of Table Top Booth at 2016 Conference (current booth location)

 

Casino Night Prize Giveaway: If you want to participate in the prize giveaway at Casino Night on 10/1/15, please email  Kristi Hanson a description of your prize by August 1st. We will collect all prizes onsite with 30-35 available spots for prizes, this is a first come-first serve basis. This is separate than your booth give-away and it will be a drawing for EMPLOYERS only.

 

Exhibitor Passes/Badges: If you have NOT submitted names please do so ASAP. (Photo ID is required for all exhibitors, Sponsors & Attendees when you pick up badges onsite) Exhibitors are allowed to attend any of the sessions-your badge is an all- access pass to the conference + networking events EXCEPT golf tournament which is an additional fee). (2 complimentary staff badges, 2 additional badges at $399 each anything above that is $950 per attendee).

 

Badges: Please keep your badge in a safe place and remember to wear it to ALL conference related events.  We will have security at the conference, checking for badges. You will not be able to enter sessions, expo hall, and evening networking events without your badge. If you misplace your badge, it will be a $175.00 fee for a replacement badge.
